A landmark four-billion-dollar housing deal has been signed off in the remote Northern Territory with the goal of building more than two and a half thousand homes in the next decade. The federal government pledges the deal will cut overcrowded housing in the NT by half within ten years, but with a lengthy wait list, it will not be an easy target to hit.
