A blocked underground cylinder has been identified as one of the main contributors to the recent flooding experienced in Tunapuna and environs. However Chairman of the Tunapuna Piarco Regional Corporation, Josiah Austin, says illegal dumping is also a major factor, and he adds, the Corporation has its eyes on a culprit.
