Fans spotted an awkward moment between Cole Palmer and manager Gareth Southgate following England's 1-1 draw with Denmark.
Palmer was an unused substitute as Southgate's side produced a disappointing display.
22-year-old Palmer was one of the standout performers in the Premier League last season as he scored 22 goals and provided 11 assists in 33 games in his first campaign at Chelsea.
England lacked dynamism and was certainly in need of a different option in attack.
To the surprise of many, Southgate didn't elect to turn to Palmer.
After the game television cameras caught the moment Southgate attempted to shake hands with Palmer, who barely looked the manager in the eye.
Many fans felt that Palmer was right to be frustrated with Southgate.

Palmer is still awaiting his tournament debut after being an unused substitute as England beat Serbia 1-0 in their opening group game.
