Victorian government walks back annual housing target after first year falls short

The Victorian government has admitted its ambitious goal to build 80,000 new homes a year for a decade might fall short less than 12-months after it was announced. Labor has now appeared to walk back its yearly build targets saying it wants to be judged on the project's success only once it's completed.
