The Prime Minister says while the Public Services Association has the right to take its legal challenges against the Trindiad and Tobago Revenue Authority to this country's highest court of appeal.... the Privy Council.....he has instructed the Finance Minister to proceed with the full implementation of the TTRA.

The Prime Minister is happy with the local Appeal Court's ruling that the Trinidad and Tobago Revenue Act is valid and constitutional.
