On Sunday, a fire ignited by an Israeli strike in a tent camp for Palestinian civilians killed at multiple people, igniting worldwide outrage. World Health Organization spokesperson Dr. Margaret Harris said 35 people had died according to figures from the Gaza Ministry of Health. According to the Gaza Health Ministry and the Palestinian Red Crescent rescue service, the number has reached at least 45.
