Ismail Haniyeh, head of Hamas's political bureau, was photographed meeting with Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei in Tehran on Wednesday. The photo, released by Khamenei’s office, shows Haniyeh seated on a couch alongside Iran’s acting president, Mohammad Mokhber. Haniyeh was in Iran to attend the funeral of Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi, who tragically died in a helicopter crash on Sunday along with seven others, including Iranian Foreign Minister Hossein Amir-Abdollahian.
