Any official discussions with Singapore regarding the Kuala Lumpur-Singapore High-Speed Rail (HSR) project will only commence after receiving approval from the Cabinet, says Transport Minister Anthony Loke.

Loke said this on Friday (May 17) in response to inquiries about his recent meeting with his Singaporean counterpart.
