China is offering training in human resources to ten young people from Tobago. Ambassador Fang Qiu made the announcement on Sunday at Merci Buccoo, in celebration of the 50th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Trinidad and Tobago and China.


The ambassador said the training is in support of the empowerment of the youth in Tobago.
