The President of the All Tobago Fisherfolk Association, Curtis Douglas says fisherfolk should not be blamed for what the T.H.A. labels 'the overfishing and indiscriminate killing of sharks in Tobago', following last Friday's shark attack that left a British visitor with serious injuries.

Douglas says the blame should lie with the T.H.A and its initial reaction to the incident.

The Office of the Chief Secretary offered a bounty of ten thousand dollars for the capture of the shark which attacked the visitor. The Chief Secretary rescinded the bounty hours later, during a facebook live news conference. More from Elizabeth Williams.
