The Labour Minister says the Occupational Safety and Health or OSH Agency has filed legal action in the Industrial Court and in the Magistrate’s Court with regard to breaches of the OSH Act, followings the agency's probe of the Paria diving tragedy.

And the Minister revealed the OSHA filed its proceedings in the Magistrate's Court earlier this month.
