Police have released CCTV footage of a moped rider and pillion passenger they want to identify and locate following a fatal collision in Hammersmith.The incident happened shortly after 18:00hrs on Tuesday, 16 January in Talgarth Road, W14.Ina Rodrigues, a 58-year-old woman, was crossing the road at the junction with Gliddon Road when she was struck by the moped.Officers and London Ambulance Service were called to the scene and the woman was taken to hospital for treatment to the injuries she sustained but despite the efforts of medical professionals she sadly died in hospital on Sunday, 21 January.
