Lawmaker warns of mounting tensions in West PH Sea

House Deputy Minority Leader Rep. France Castro warned that the recent maritime exercises at the West Philippine Sea will further escalate tensions with China. Castro opposed the presence of the military in the disputed waterway as well as the militarization of Batanes.
