Umno supreme council member Datuk Seri Bung Moktar Radin told reporters at a breaking of fast event in Kota Kinabalu on Tuesday (April 2) night that Umno had instructed its youth chief Dr Akmal Salleh to stop discussing the controversial socks issue.
