Prisons Commissioner Deopersad Ramoutar apologised to inmates at the Port of Spain Prison today, on behalf of himself and his officers. In response, one prisoner offered an apology to the Prisons Commissioner and his officers... in a moment which Archbishop Jason Gordon said, represents a new beginning.
