Japan's Chief Cabinet Secretary Yoshimasa Hayashi said on Wednesday (March 27) that authorities were aware of two deaths and 106 cases of hospitalisations thought to be connected to a Japanese dietary supplement that contain red yeast rice - or "beni koji".
