Thanks to the greatly appreciated information of a relative of Mr. Gus Edwards, this happens to be another person than the composer and actor who was his great-great uncle. Bandleader Edwards appears to be Gus C. Edwards, of whom I find no data at all. This great record was made in 1926. Any additional info is warmly welcomed.
