Lady Gaga (or Lady Kaka as we call her here in Taiwan) is giving a free concert in Taichung, paid for by that city's government.

Fans are elated. Typically, international acts make Taipei their only Taiwan stop. But Taichung is giving its norther neighbor a run for its money by exclusively hosting the pop diva.

Lady Kaka was so nice, she bought all her waiting fans hamburgers.
