Kenya's Cyrus Mutai won the men's race in New Taipei's Wan Jin Shi Marathon over the weekend with a record time of 2 hours, 9 minutes, 31 seconds. Some 11,000 runners took part in Taiwan's only IAAF Silver Label road race.
