Chief Secretary Farley Augustine is denying he has ever received any kickback monies from contractors hired by the THA to conduct projects in Tobago.
This, following a Whatsapp message in circulation over the weekend, alleging corruption and the payment of $4 million as requested.
Infrastructure Secretary Trevor James told TV6 News that the Whatsapp message was a fabrication. Mr. Augustine spoke on Wednesday, during a Tobago morning show.
