Mind you I was going 38 mph the Tesla model 3 was going to make a left turn at the coming light. I let it continue to see if during its merge it would stop because of the cones. Well NOPE didn't try to go back to its lane didn't try to stop or even brake I hit the brake pedal and turned away from the cones.
