Datuk Awang Hashim (PN-PAS) has made a swift apology, which led Parliament Speaker Tan Sri Johari Abdul to retract a four-day suspension imposed on the Pendang MP.

This came after Opposition leader Datuk Seri Hamzah Zainudin requested Johari for leniency on his earlier decision to suspend Awang.
