The National Action Council for Cost of Living (Naccol) had been given until March 20 to come up with ways to fix padi and rice price issues, said Prime Minister Datuk Seri Anwar Ibrahim at the closing ceremony for the central zone Madani Rakyat programme in Kuala Selangor on Sunday (Feb 25).
