NTC bypasses legal process on SMNI case - says lawyer | Business and Politics

SMNI lawyer and former congressman Rolex Suplico says that in the case of the network’s suspension, the National Telecommunications Commission (NTC) served as tribunal, complainant and executioner. He further claims that legal processes were bypassed by their immediate and indefinite suspension without a proper hearing or inquiry.
