This rugged, all-electric commercial vehicle is an extremely powerful vehicle.

If you're involved in farming, construction, or any other industrial job, there's a good chance you'll interact with UTVs on a regular basis. These durable and lovable workhorses are extremely practical and can be a lot of fun too, provided your superior doesn't catch you wandering around, or maybe they're in on the fun too.

From transporting workers to the job site to hauling all kinds of farming equipment, tools, and other machinery, UTVs are getting better and better. The EV era is accelerating this evolution even further, and it's easy to see the new Pro XD Kinetic UTV from none other than Polaris. Polaris is no stranger to all kinds of fun and cool powersports products. From the road-going Slingshot, which is kind of a car but isn't, to its go-anywhere Sportsman ATVs to its rally-ready RZR, Polaris literally has it all. The Pro XD Kinetic UTV takes this one step further by offering users an all-electric UTV perfect for commercial applications.

Zero emissions, zero fuel costs and lower maintenance costs are the essence of Pro XD Kinetic. Polaris says it offers reliable performance while offering the same cargo and towing capabilities as internal-combustion models. With 1,250 pounds of cargo and 2,500 pounds of towing capacity, the Pro XD Kinetic can do just about anything while being stealthy, quiet, easy to use and low maintenance. Speaking of maintenance, Polaris finds that it has approximately 60 percent lower planned maintenance costs compared to ICE models; This means lower costs that are sure to contribute to huge savings in the long run.

In the vehicle we find a large 14.9 kilowatt-hour lithium-ion battery pack, designed to last its lifetime. Combined with a powerful electric motor born from the brand's decade-long partnership with Zero Motorcycles, it promises instant torque for easy towing. Best of all, the Pro XD Kinetic can be easily charged via a standard wall outlet and can even be used off-grid via standard power generators. Meanwhile, on well-equipped job sites, the UTV supports 220V fast charging.

Of course, whether for work or play, security is the top priority and Pro XD Kinetic doesn't compromise on the basics. It features bright orange seatbelts for maximum visibility, as well as a horn, backup alarm and adjustable speed settings for workplace compatibility. An optional lighting kit is also available for after-dark duty. When it comes to pricing, the Polaris Pro XD Kinetic is priced quite high, starting at $28,999.
