Category 1 cyclone expected to cross coast near Northern Territory-Queensland

A tropical low in the southern gulf of Carpentaria has intensified into a tropical cyclone off the northern territory coast. Tropical cyclone Lincoln is expected to cross the coast as a category one system between Port McArthur and the Northern Territory Queensland border this afternoon.
