CJI DY Chandrachud: सुप्रीम कोर्ट (Supreme Court) में अलीगढ़ मुस्लिम यूनिवर्सिटी (Aligarh Muslim University) की अल्पसंख्यक दर्जा (minority status) खत्म करने को लेकर केंद्र सरकार (Central Government) की तरफ ये याचिका (Petition) दाखिल की गई थी. जिसपर अब सुनवाई जारी है. इसी केस की सुनवाई के दौरान सीजेआई चंद्रचूड़ (CJI Chandrachud) की सात जजों की बेंच (Bench of Seven Judges) के सामने केंद्र सरकार (Central Government) ने मुसलमान छात्रों (Muslim Students) को लेकर अपनी दलील पेश की. सीजेआई (CJI) के सामने पेश की गई ये दलील मुस्लिम छात्रों के आरक्षण (Mohamdan Student Reservation) को लेकर था.
