Seventh Day Adventist Pastor Clive Dottin believes the 100 million dollar initiative announced recently by the Prime Minister to help provide government services to vulnerable communities is not a remedy for dealing with the masterminds behind crime.


He made the remarks as Scrap Iron Dealers took their crime talks to Tobago.
