The National Medium and Large Band Panorama Semi-Finals got off on a strong note today at the Queen's Park Savannah. But while all 16 large bands were supposed to perform, as a tribute to the late Patrick Arnold, former Pan Trinbago President... only 15 large bands will take the stage today, after Harmonites pulled out of the competition. Meantime, the medium bands category was reduced, after one was disqualified. Rynessa Cutting has more.
