Matt Schuh, 27-year-old was pronounced dead at the Holy Family Memorial Medical Center of Manitowoc in Manitowoc County, Wisconsin, United States, following a racing accident at the Manitowoc County Expo Speedway.

The crash happened around 19h30 on Wednesday, 24 August 2016, during a heat race which was part of the annual Manitowoc County Fair racing program at the speedway. Matt Schuh's car crashed into the infield guardrail without involving any other vehicles. Races were stopped for about 45 minutes while workers repaired the track.

An autopsy performed the next morning found no significant injuries. The coroner said a medical issue likely caused Matt Schuh's death prior to the car crashing into the barrier.
