NA-242: Mian Shahbaz Sharif always conducts elections from there. In 2018, Faisal Wada, from the PTI, contested the elections and defeated Mian Shahbaz Sharif. After the 2018 election, a bye-election was conducted in which Qadir Khan Mandokhail won. The population of NA-242 is more than 432,000, and provincial assembly seats PS 112, PS 113, and some parts of PS-111 and PS-114 fall under the NA-242 seat.
From MQM, Mustafa Kamal is going to contest; Qadir Khan Mandokhail is going to contest from PPP-P; and Shahbaz Sharif is the expected contestant from PML-N. For PTI tickets, there is competition between Amjad Iqbal Afridi and Rizwan Khanzada.

This survey concluded that the public wants to cast their vote for PTI. And there is no competition between PTI and PML-N seen. PTI won in this survey by a huge margin. Very few people were seen casting their vote for Shahbaz Sharif. More than PML-N, people want to cast their vote for MQM.
