Forbidden Flower is a wonderful romance drama starring Jerry Yan and Xu Ruo Han in the lead roles. Jerry and Ruo Han's chemistry is so amazing. In the many scenes where Jerry interacts with Ruo Han, the eye contact and facial expressions are adorable, lovable and at times, cute. Even with a simple storyline, the drama is so artfully produced with the beautiful and unforgettable Qiang Village and the stunning starlight scenes at the mountain top. Not forgetting the absolutely marvelous costumes adorned by the bride in the Qiang marriage ceremony. The accompanying songs are so touching, mesmerizing and appropriate for the different occasions as well.
