London headlines: TFL delays despite cancelled tube strikes

ransport for London (TfL) warned passengers to expect delays this morning even after the suspension of Tube strikes.

As of 7.30am, passengers were facing delays on the Bakerloo, Central and Piccadilly lines, as well as on the Elizabeth line and London Overground.
