Datuk Seri Shamsul Iskandar Mohd Akin rubbished claims by Kedah Mentri Besar Datuk Seri Muhammad Sanusi Md Nor that the Opposition had already obtained enough statutory declarations to form the new government.

The senior political secretary of the Prime Minister said this after lodging a report at a police station in Putrajaya on Monday (Jan 8).
