Rishi Sunak on Thursday all but ruled out a May election.The Prime Minister made clear he would not be calling a spring poll.On a visit to the East Midlands, he signalled that the election would be in the second half of the year.Mr Sunak said that his "working assumption" is that he will hold a "General Election in the second half of this year".
