The two plants that will be affected are both in Michigan, CBS News reports. They are Orion Assembly and Lansing Grand River Assembly. 945 workers will be let go at Orion, while 369 employees will be laid off from Lansing. Production of the Chevy Bolt EV, which took place at the Orion plant, will be suspended.
