More than twenty-four hours after a vessel carrying
a number of Venezuelan nationals was reported to have capsized off the First Boca of Trinidad... there is still no confirmation as to how many persons were aboard the vessel. National Security Minister Fitzgerald Hinds told TV6, while two people were rescued from the water... there is no evidence at this time to support the theory that both were onboard the boat.
