President Droupadi Murmu will confer the National Awards for the empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Divyangjan), 2023 today in New Delhi. The President will confer the awards on the occassion of International Day of Persons with Disabilities (IDPD), for their outstanding achievements and work done towards empowerment of Persons with Disabilities every year.
