Deshapriya: Civilians trapped as humanitarian crisis looms

The latest military surge by the Sri Lankan government has left the Liberation Tigers of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) surrounded in the north of the country. 150,000 civilians are also trapped. Journalists have been barred from the region. Sunanda Deshapriya is one of those journalists.
