Body-worn camera footage of Blyth man Toby Kelly being arrested after murdering ambulance worker Sheldon Flanighan in Cramlington has been released by Northumbria Police. Kelly, 38, of Wansbeck Avenue in Blyth, ran the ambulance worker down outside a pub.
