Timor-Leste President José Ramos-Horta on Thursday, November 9, said he will bring with him the message of friendship and peace to President Marcos when they meet today in Malacañang.

Ramos-Horta arrived in the country on Wednesday for a four-day state visit aimed at enhancing the bilateral relations between Timor-Leste and the Philippines.
