Hontiveros happy over improving PH-Japan security ties

Sen. Ana Theresia "Risa" Hontiveros, in a brief interview with reporters after the speech of Japanese Prime Minister Fumio Kishida at the House of Representatives on Saturday, November 4,2023, said she is happy that the Philippines and Japan will forge a security and defense agreement in light of continuing conflicts in the South China Sea.
