पोहा (Poha) - 2 कप (Cups)
आलू (Potatoes) - 3 मध्यम साइज (Medium-sized)
तेल (Oil) - 3-4 टेबल स्पून (Tablespoons) (तलने के लिए)
पुदीना पत्ते (Mint Leaves) - 5-6
हरा धनिया (Coriander Leaves) - 2-3 चमच (Tablespoons) (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)
प्याज (Onion) - 1 मध्यम साइज (Medium-sized) (बारीक़ कटा हुआ)
लहसुन (Garlic) - 1 चम्मच कूटा हुआ
हरी मिर्च (Green Chilies) - 3-4
चिली फ्लेक्स (Chili Flakes) - 1/2 चमच (Teaspoon) (या लाल मिर्च पाउडर)
चाट मसाला (Chat Masala) - 1 चमच (Teaspoon)
जीरा पाउडर (Cumin Powder) - 1/2 चमच (Teaspoon)
काली मिर्च पाउडर (Black Pepper Powder) - 1/4 चमच (Teaspoon)
नमक (Salt) - स्वादानुसार
नींबू (Lemon) - 1/2 (नींबू का रस)
