Super easy to make and can be stored in the fridge and eaten over a few days
Instructions: - 8oz feta
2 handfuls of cherry tomatoes - 2 handfuls of spinach
- 1 lb of cubbed salmon (or your favorite
protein)
- drizzle of olive oil
black pepper
Salt
cayenne pepper
garlic powder
oregano - salt
bake in the oven for 30 mins at 375° F
- in the meantime cook your pasta. I chose lentil pasta for additional protein - mix together and enjoy
