A member of parliament and 16 others are lucky to be alive after the light plane they were flying in lost power over a lake on the Bellarine peninsula. Forced to make an emergency landing shortly after takeoff, just north of Barwon Heads Airport, the skydivers on board cannot believe they've lived to tell tale.
