How do corporations account for faith when it comes to diversity, inclusion, and creating cultures of belonging? One indication: faith-at-work initiatives and faith-based employee resource groups are on the rise, including at companies such as American Airlines, Accenture and Goldman Sachs. This session explores what it means to be a Black man of faith in the workplace and how religious beliefs can be leveraged to achieve career goals and become a more effective leader.
