More than one third of water treated at treatment plants do not reach households due to water loss along the way, the Dewan Rakyat heard on Thursday (Oct 12).

Natural Resources, Environment and Climate Change Minister Nik Nazmi Nik Ahmad also said four states were losing more than half of treated water due to non-revenue water (NRW).
