The Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) on Saturday, Oct. 7, said the southwest monsoon or "habagat" still affects the western section of Northern and Central Luzon.
Meanwhile, PAGASA is still monitoring the Low Pressure Area (LPA) outside the Philippine area of responsibility (PAR) which is 1,310 kilometers east of Eastern Visayas. (Video Courtesy of DOST-PAGASA)
