Raymond Manalo expresses his dismay after the court acquits retired General Jovito Palparan during his promulgation over the case of kidnapping and serious illegal detention Manalo has filed at Malolos Bulacan Regional Trial Court on Friday, Oct. 6.

Palparan was guilty of kidnapping and serious illegal detention over the enforced disappearance of Sherlyn Cadapan and Karen Empeño in 2006 and was sentenced to 40 years imprisonment on September 17, 2018, where Manalo served as a witness in the case. (MB Video by Noel B. Pabalate)
