The Next Hearing Of The Matter Is Slated On October 16. The Court Ordered The Central Bureau Of Investigation (CBI) To Share Copies Of The Chargesheet With The Accused. The Yadavs Appeared In Court Before Special Judge Geetanjali Goel. On September 22, The Court Issued A Summons To The Yadavs And Others Involved In This Case. Judge Goel Took Cognisance Of The Chargesheets Filed By CBI In July. On The Matter, Lalu Yadav Said That Hearings Keep Happening, But They Have Done Nothing Wrong So They Are Not Afraid. This Is The Second Chargesheet Filed By CBI In The Land-For-Job Scam Against The Yadavs, Former GM Of The West Central Railways, And Others. The Case Against The Yadavs Was Registered On May 18, 2022.
